Petr Lukyanov
Managing Partner,
At Phystech Ventures Petr is in charge of overall fund's performance as well as closing and managing portfolio companies in energy efficiency, new materials, instrumentation, oil & gas.

Previously he worked as a Director at Investment Department of Skolkovo Foundation and was responsible for deal review and IR in cleantech and energy sector. Petr led due diligence of 30+ deals in energy efficiency, energy storage, materials, oil&gas, renewables and utilities, built network of 60+ Russian and foreign experts and managed relations with 15+ accredited venture capital funds including Bright Capital, I2BF, Leader, Fjord Capital, Troika Dialog.

Petr also held a position of Investment Director and Partner in Ruvento Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm focused on investments in IT and Cleantech.
Olga Maslikhova
Managing Partner,
At Phystech Ventures Olga is responsible for overall fund's management as well as investments in IT and telecom with preliminary focus on projects in 3D printing and infrastructure, digital health, education, web-based financing services, B2B solutions.

Prior to co-founding Phystech Ventures Olga worked as venture associate in Runa Capital, $135m venture capital firm and was in charge of closing seed and early stage deals in internet, software and mobile.

Olga also served as IR & GR specialist with Troika Venture Capital, $100m+ venture capital arm of Troika Dialog Group (acquired y Sberbank), where she was responsible for event management (VC trip to Russia 2010, VC trip to Tatarstan Republic, Russia 2011, Venture Capital Panel during Russia Economy Forum 2011), cooperation with government authorities in Moscow region, Krasnoyarsk region, Tatarstan Republic, LP/GP communications, management of Advisory / Supervisory Board meetings, work with portfolio companies on lead generation, business strategy, marketing & PR.
Roman Zharenkov
At Phystech Ventures Roman is in charge of pipeline generation preliminary in IoT, Edtech, Big data analytics, Edtech.

His responsibilities also include analysis of incoming deals, general support to portfolio companies and establishing communication with experts.

Roman has got his master’s degree in ‘Innovation management’ studies from MIPT and BSc in Problems of Quantum Physics. Prior to joining Phystech Ventures Roman worked as an analyst in the innovation department at OMZ, where he was involved in due diligence processes of heavy machinery projects, organizing machinery start-up competitions such as "Technostart", "Cleantech Russia".
Rustam Ibragimov
At Phystech Ventures Rustam is in charge of generating deal flow inside and outside MIPT preliminary in the fields of oil&gas services and energy efficiency. His responsibilities also include analysis of incoming deals, general support to portfolio companies and establishing communication with experts.

Rustam is doing his master’s degree in “Computational methods for borehole conditions monitoring” studies at university of MIPT, and in “Financial markets and instruments” studies in New Economic School. Prior to joining Phystech Ventures Rustam worked as an intern in R&D department at Schlumberger, where he was involved in developing of computational algorithms for borehole monitoring processes, and as intern in Technology Consulting department at Accenture PLC, where he was engaged in developing of IT strategy for the large Russian oil&gas Company.

Silver medalist of the Changellenge Technical Cup 2013 competition, Rustam holds a BS in applied Physics and Mathematics from Department of Control and Applied Mathematics.
Leonid Bashlykov
At Phystech Ventures Leonid is in charge of machinery, new materials, oil&gas services and energy efficiency projects.
